At the beginning of the semester, students of the specialty Secondary Education (Natural Sciences) of the 1st year of the Master’s degree program underwent production pedagogical practice. During the practice, students are actively immersed in the atmosphere of real pedagogical work. Pedagogical practice is an important step in preparing young specialists for a future career in the educational field. During this period, students get the opportunity to observe the work of teachers in a real classroom environment, as well as independently conduct lessons under the guidance of experienced mentors. The students discussed their impressions of the experience gained during the practice during the defense, which took place this week. This stage of training not only helps future teachers to gain valuable experience, but also contributes to the development of their professional skills. Cooperation between the university and educational institutions where the practice takes place is also of great importance. This contributes to the exchange of experience and mutual enrichment of educational practices.
