On March 22-23, associate professors of the department Liliya Midak and Olga Kuzyshyn took part in the X International Conference “Modern Trends in Chemistry Teaching”, which was held at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. The conference brought together educators of secondary and higher education institutions from different parts of Ukraine and representatives of foreign educational institutions. The conference participants discussed topical issues of modern chemical education, problematic issues of model chemistry curricula for the New Ukrainian School, the possibilities and effectiveness of using modern teaching aids. Liliya Midak presented the experience of the Department of Environmental Chemistry and Chemical Education in the report “Tools of a Chemistry Teacher in the New Ukrainian School”.
