On April 18, the defense of the production pedagogical practice of 4th-year students of the Secondary Education (Chemistry) specialty took place. One of the main goals of pedagogical practice is to verify the theoretical knowledge that students have acquired during their studies and to gain practical work experience. Thus, our students did an excellent job of implementing the practice goal. During the defense of the practice, the students shared their impressions, their lesson plans, extracurricular activities, methods and techniques of interaction with students. During the defense, they actively discussed the methodological materials that the students either developed themselves or used existing ones, discussed the organization of work in various educational institutions that were the basis of the practice, work methods, and the specifics of interaction with students and colleagues. Analysis of the results of pedagogical practice allowed students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, evaluate their achievements and the achievements of other students, and identify possible ways for further improvement that will help them confidently introduce themselves into the pedagogical community and achieve success in their professional activities.
