On July 18, 2021, Associate Professor Lilia Midak took part as a speaker at the All-Ukrainian Summer School for Chemistry Teachers “Carpathian Orbital 2021”, which took place on July 16-20 in the picturesque Yaremche with the assistance of Osvitoria. This event brought together chemistry teachers from all over Ukraine.
Lilia Midak conducted the workshop “Augmented Reality as a Trend in Modern Education”. The participants had the opportunity to discuss the feasibility of using augmented reality technology in chemistry lessons, work with mobile applications with augmented reality, and develop ideas for STEM-lessons using this technology. In the practical part of the workshop, participants created greeting STEM-cards with greetings in chemical style and enlivened them with a mobile application with AR.
